Wiped Film Distillation Equipment Description
The Wiped Film Distillation Equipment is generally used for the
separation, purification and concentration of natural products
widely adopted in chemical,pharmaceutical, petrochemical, spices,
plastics, oil and other fields. It should be done under a high
vacuum condition and be considered as a special liquid-liquid
separation technology different from the traditional distillation
relying on the difference in boiling points. This is a kind of
process of distilling and purifying the heat sensitive material or
high boiling point material making use of the difference of
material molecular movement free path in high vacuum degree. When
the average free path of steam molecular is greater than the
distance between the evaporation surface and the condensation
surface, the liquid mixture can be separated by making use of
different evaporation rates of each component in the liquid
